If you have misplaced or lost the piece of paper they give you after the second dose, you can access it online.
With news of the vaccine passport, many people are scrambling this morning to find their receipt.
If you have misplaced or lost the piece of paper they give you after the second dose, you can access it online.
Just head to https://covid19.ontariohealth.ca and type in your postal code and green Ontario Health Card number and you will be able to download your receipt. If you still got the old red and white health card, call 1-833-943-3900.
Please make sure to connect with elderly members of your family and help them out. Many people don't have printers at home, so please consider printing them for neighbours or family members.
If you don't know anyone with a printer, you can contact your local library and they can help you out. Some large retailers will also print items for you, such as Staples.
