The Woodstock and Ingersoll and District real estate market shows no signs of cooling down. Another 117 units sold in June, marking the third straight month of a double-digit increase over 2012. Sales were up 13% last month, from June 2012, and are up 16% to the half-way point of 2013. Sale prices also remain hot, with the average home fetching $249,141 last month. That was just short of the average price record that was set last June. 171 new listings were posted on the real estate board's MLS system last month, but inventory is still relatively low. There are 563 active listings, which is down 7% from this time last year.
