Police are warning the public about a high risk offender who has moved into Shakespeare.
SHAKESPEARE - A high risk offender, recently released from prison is moving into the area.
The OPP say that 44 year old Danny Patrick Frail has been released from custody and will be residing at a Highway 7&8, Shakespeare, ON address. Frail has previous convictions for possession of stolen properly, obstructing justice, uttering threats, mischief, assault and criminal harassment.
Frail is currently bound by a probation order with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He is also not allowed to contact prior victims, purchase or consume alcohol or any intoxicating substance. He is also prohibited from possessing any firearm, crossbow, prohibited and restricted weapon, prohibited device, ammunition, prohibited ammunition, explosive substance or anything that is designed or could be used as a weapon. Frail is described as male, white 5’7”, 167 pounds, medium build with blonde hair and blue eyes.
"In the interest of community and public safety and in accordance with the Police Services Act, Ontario Regulation 265/98, the OPP is notifying the public of Mr. Frail’s relocation to this community" Detective Inspector D. Peer.
