Norfolk OPP got call from a good samaritan reporting a traffic complaint.
SIMCOE - Norfolk OPP got a tip from a good samaritan reporting a drunk driver yesterday.
On Sunday, March, 10 around 8 p.m Norfolk OPP got a tip from a 9-1-1 caller reporting a traffic complaint at Queensway East, Simcoe.
After locating the vehicle police then arrested the 46 year old man from Haldimand County for:
- Operation while impaired alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus
- Driving While Uninsured
He will appear in court at a later date.
Norfolk OPP would like to thank the person that gave them the call and want to encourage drivers to call anything in that they see suspicious.
