The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a warning about Donatello's Rizin Crust and Zia Maria frozen pizza. The C.F.I.A. says they contain mustard which isn't declared on the label and pose a potentially life-threatening risk to people with mustard allergies. The pizzas were sold across Canada, but there have been no reports of any illnesses being linked to the product. The manufacturer, RFG Canada Inc., of Toronto has pulled the pizzas from stores and the C.F.I.A. is monitoring the recall.
