The 5th annual Small Business Support Showcase will feature the Millennial Strategist.
WOODSTOCK - Community Futures Oxford is hosting their 5th annual Small Business Support Showcase.
The event is free to attend this year, however you will need to register beforehand. General Manager Allan Sim says they will have an Amazing Keynote Speaker, Michelle Shurter, the Millennial Strategist.
"Small business owners can benefit when they learn more about millennial's. Small business owners will learn how to engage millennial and even how to sell to them."
Sim says Shurter will cover a wide range of topics.
"Covering topics such as, the multi generation workforce and how this is impacting small business, tips and strategies for how to build an effective team and responding to millennial employee's and consumers."
The event will also feature a presentation from Kay Matthews on Digital Mainstreet, grants and resources. They will also have a networking and trade show of free support, resource and funding for small businesses. They will have some sandwiches available and light refreshments.
It's happening on Thursday at the Quality Hotel and Suites from 12:30 to 6:30 p.m. You can register for this free event online here.
