Local firefighters will be in Thamesford over four days for training. Over one hundred firefighters are expected to be partaking in the event with the Mobile Live Fire Training Unit.
THAMESFORD - The Zorra Township Firefighters will be taking part in a live training session on the Mobile Live Fire Training Unit.
From Thursday to Sunday, firefighters neighbouring municipalities have been invited to perform simulated training at the Thamesford station with the MLFTU.
The MLFTU is a full sized transport trailer with a pop up second floor, providing live training capabilities with three burn locations with one having roll over capabilities.
It is expected that over one hundred firefighters will be participating in this training experience.
