An alleged impaired driver caused extensive damage on Alice Street last night. Police say around 9:05 pm, a 2011 Dodge Pickup Truck was travelling east near Sunset Boulevard when the driver hit a car parked on the street. The truck then veered off the road, hit a mailbox, drove across a resident's lawn, through a chain link fence, eventually hitting another car which was pushed into a parked van. Total damages are estimated at 32-thousand dollars. 39 year-old Michele Young and her male passenger were not injured in the collision. Police charged Young with Impaired Driving.
