BRANT COUNTY - Brant County OPP charged a driver after they took a video of a crash scene on Highway 403.
Officers noticed the driver using their phone to take the video on Wednesday morning near Johnson road.
The driver was stopped and issued a Provincial Offences Notice for Driving while using a handheld communications device contrary to Section 76.1(1) of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
