The OPP and Ontario SPCA are investigating after finding the body of a dead cat trapped in a carrier in Lake Lisgar.
TILLSONBURG - The Ontario SPCA and Oxford County OPP are searching for answers after a dead cat was pulled from Lake Lisgar.
Police found a cat carrier in the lake, and after retrieving the carrier they discovered the dead body of an orange cat inside.
