WOODSTOCK - The City of Woodstock has decided to cancel Cowapolooza this year.
It was not an easy decision. Here is the official statement from the City of Woodstock.
"After careful deliberation, discussion and advisement of City Council as well as local and provincial health authorities, it has been decided to cancel this year’s Cowapolooza summer festival.
This would have been the 19th anniversary of this popular event and Woodstock’s biggest summer festival that was scheduled for the weekend of August 14-15, 2020.
We are anxious and determined to make the 2021 festival even bigger and better. Mark it on your calendar, next year’s event will be slated for August 13 – 14."
