Tillsonburg's former CAO has landed in Bruce County. Kelley Coulter was hired by Bruce to fill their CAO position, and started on Monday. Coulter is familiar with that area, having worked in Grey Highlands, before making the move to Tillsonburg. Coulter resigned as Tillsonburg's CAO at the end of September, and the search is on for a new Chief of Staff.
