Over $20,000 of construction tools were stolen from a site on Highway 403 at West Quarter Town Line
Brant County OPP are investigating after a construction site was broken into along Highway 403.
Police were called out to the site on West Quarter Town Line Bridge on Monday morning. Someone had broken into the outdoor storage container and stole a number of tools.
Police say the thieves used a large vehicle to move the storage container to gain access. They then stole jack hammers, grinders, hammer drills, skill saws and other pieces of construction equipment. The total value of the theft is estimated at just over $20,000.
