The Hawkins Gignac Act to go for third and final debate next week
It looks like the fifth time is the charm when it comes to getting the Hawkins Gignac Act made into law.
The bill which would require working carbon monoxide detectors in all Ontario homes is scheduled to go forward for third and final debate in the Legislature Wednesday.
The bill is named after Richard and Laurie Hawkins and their children who were tragically killed by carbon monoxide poisoning.
