The best of Woodstock were honoured with the City Beautiful Awards at Woodstock City Council.
WOODSTOCK -- Woodstock City Council handed out the hardware for this year's City Beautiful Awards.
During their council meeting on September 18th, sixteen locations throughout the city were acknowledged for the work they've put into the landscaping and presentation of their property.
