The weather has caused all school purpose vehicles to be cancelled today in Elgin, Middlesex, Red Zone and Oxford counties for the entire day. City of London vehicles starting as scheduled.
Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance.
