The Woodstock Lions Club will be hosting weekly BINGO nights at the South Gate Centre starting Thursday November 18th.
WOODSTOCK - Signs that life is starting to return to somewhat normal.
BINGO is back at the South Gate Centre, hosted by the Woodstock Lions Club. Lions Treasurer Jeannie McHardy says they played their last game on March 12, 2020.
"We are really looking forward to it, I know we have desperately trying to get a BINGO going of some sort and it just wasn't happening, so we are very happy to get back into the swing of things."
McHardy says people have been pining for this for awhile.
"We have had a lot of people calling and asking when we get back to having our BINGO's and it is a great feeling knowing we can get back to doing that. We will have 5 BINGO's this year, ending on December 16th."
BINGO starts November 18th and will run every Thursday for the rest of the year. You will need to show proof of vaccination and they will cap the numbers at 60 people. You can register by calling Jeannie at 519-290-1414 or Carole at 518-535-4143.
