Applications are now being accepted for this year's Oxford's Got Talent and Greg Morton will be back to host the virtual show on Saturday October 23rd.
OXFORD COUNTY - Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County is now accepting applications for this year's Oxford's Got Talent.
The virtual talent show will be taking place on Saturday October 23rd and Woodstock's very own Greg Morton will be back to host once again.
Resource Development Manager Liz Wismer-Van Meer says you have until July 30th to submit an application online here.
"It's a virtual talent show. Our acts record their talent, whatever that may be, and it's a part of our show. So we're calling out for all talent now to start registering and our registration forms are on our website."
The contest is open to anyone in Oxford County interested in showcasing their talent, whether it's singing, dancing or magic tricks. Those living within a 25-50 kilometre radius of Woodstock and Oxford (ex: London, Stratford, Kitchener, Cambridge, Brantford, St. Thomas) can also submit an application.
Anna Belleth of Woodstock won Oxford's Got Talent last year with her original song "Goodbye." She later became the youngest person to ever make the Top 10 of the CBC Toyota Searchlight Contest with that same song, beating out nearly 2,500 other artists from across the country. Anna B didn't make it to the Top 5 but she's extremely grateful that she made it as far as she did.
