The e-cards can be acquired remotely and they will give you access to thousands of e-books, movies, music and more.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Library has launched a new e-Card initiative.
This will allow residents of Woodstock, who do not yet have a library card to apply for a temporary eCard remotely.
Like a regular library card, the e-Card will allow residents to access numerous digital resources available through the library website. These resources contain thousands of e-books, audio books, movies, music, and more – for all ages and interests. Once issued, the e-Card can be used immediately, and can be upgraded to a regular borrower's card once the library reopens.
Applicants need to be 14 years of age or older, a resident of Woodstock, and not have an existing card. More information and the application form can be found on the library’s website here.
If you need help, the library is still taking phone calls and you can contact staff at 519-539-4801 from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am-5:00 pm, excluding holidays for questions about new or existing library card accounts, as well as how to access their digital resources.
