The Big Red Bike will be cruising through Woodstock full of cheering teams raising money for Heart and Stroke
WOODSTOCK - The Heart and Stroke Foundation is looking for a few more teams to sign up for the Big Red Bike ride through Woodstock.
Teams will be riding through town on the huge tandem bike on Thursday May 4th starting at 2 p.m. Isabelle Russell tells Heart FM they have a number teams signed up already and have plenty of room for more.
"There is still lots of time to get a team together, or support one of the Woodstock teams that are already participating, we are off to a good start and it should be a good turn out and we are hoping for the community to come out and cheer those teams on."
They can handle just about any team size:
"I can really work with any team size, so we have some teams as small as 6, they are small but they are mighty, and we just had another team sign up with a full 29 so we can handle any size team from 5-29."
Teams will start their ride at Crabby Joes in downtown Woodstock and all of the money raised will go towards the Heart and Stroke Foundation. You can sign up a team online here.
