Alzheimer Society of Oxford raised more than $57,974 at their annual Walk for Memories in Woodstock Saturday
The Woodstock leg of the Alzheimer Society of Oxford's Walk for Memories has raised more than 950 thousand dollars over the past twenty years.
The Woodstock walk went ahead yesterday despite the weather.
Executive Director Shelley Green expects more money to come in over the next few weeks by walkers who couldn't make it in.
"So our grand total for today is $57,974 which is excellent."
Green anticipates at least ten thousand more dollars will come in.
Heart FM will be speaking to Green Monday to get the grand total of the three Oxford walks.
