The 2017 Golden Gala will feature catered food from La Cantina, a high energy performance from the band 1999 and a silent auction.
The evening will feature a high energy performance from the band 1999. A silent auction table will also be set up with items including jewellery, gift certificates as well as autographed sports items and tickets.
The cocktail hour will kick off at 5 p.m. and will run until 6:15 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.
Committee Chairperson David Hilderley says the food will be catered by La Cantina.
"The dinner itself is salad that is topped with strawberries, cheese and a beautiful vinaigrette dressing. The main course is going to be rosemary chicken with potatoes and vegetables."
Attendees will also have two different desserts to choose from.
Tickets cost $135 each and they can be purchased by calling 519-539-5646.
Hilderley adds the event has been very successful in previous years.
"Over the course of the 17 years we have raised over $1.2 million for the community and its recipients and charities."
