WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Police Service (WPS) has released it's stats for the month of May.
Officers responded to 2,071 occurrences, recovered six stolen vehicles, and made 129 arrests last month alone.
A total of 302 charges were laid with most of them under the Criminal Code with 155 total. Highway Traffic Act offences came in second with 109 and charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act were in a distant third with 16.
In a post on Facebook page yesterday, the WPS said its dedicated to serving and protecting our community.
