The Woodstock Police Services is going to reopen the WPS headquarters building to the public with several new safety precautions in place.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Police Services is going to reopen the WPS headquarters building to the public.
They will have specific health and safety measures and restrictions in place at the downtown location at 615 Dundas Street. These precautions are for the wellbeing of WPS members and the community.
WPS strongly encourages anyone in need of police services consider alternatives to attending headquarters if possible:
- Call the non-emergent phone line (519-537-2323) for general inquiries or police assistance.

- Complete police reports for theft and mischief/damage online if possible. https://www.woodstockpolice.ca/index.php/community-service/e-reporting.
New measures in place for those who must attend headquarters:
- Restricted hours: headquarters will be open to the public from 8am to 8pm.
- Limited number of people permitted inside the building.
- You will be asked a number of health screening questions.
- Please wear a mask inside the building.
- Please try to maintain physical distancing of 2 meters from others in the building.
