Woodstock Police have been busy over the past 24 hours responding to six collisions in the Friendly City.
WOODSTOCK - It was a busy 24 hours for the Woodstock police who responded to 74 calls for service.
The calls included six motor vehicle collisions. One crash on Blandford Street resulted in a 23 year old man being charged with impaired driving and several drug possession charges.
Police are reminding the public to slow down and give yourself plenty of time to get to your destination this winter. Police would also like to remind the public to drink responsibly during the holiday season, ensuring everyone gets home safe and sound for the holidays.
Officers also responded to three complaints about shoplifters. They did arrest two men last night and charged them both with theft and one of them was also charged with trespassing.
