The Woodstock-Oxford Rotary Club will be hosting its 40th annual Fish Fry this Saturday and it's going to be a drive-thru event at the Oxford Auditorium.
WOODSTOCK - You'll be able to enjoy a delicious perch dinner and support a great local cause at the same time.
The Woodstock-Oxford Rotary Club will be hosting its 40th annual Fish Fry this Saturday at the Oxford Auditorium from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Rotary Member Brenda Tait says it's going to be a drive-thru event this year.
"You come in through the west entrance at the Woodstock Auditorium and we will have people directing traffic there and welcoming everybody. Everything is being cooked outside, so you'll drive up and someone will bring your dinners to you and you'll be able to take them home and enjoy a wonderful dinner."
Tickets are $30 each and they must be purchased online here before this Saturday at 4:00 p.m. While you're purchasing your tickets, you'll have to select a 30-minute time slot for when you'll pick up your order.
Tait says all of the proceeds will support the Rotary Pathways Community Transitional Shelter.
"We want to provide warm, secure, private shelters in a tiny home community for people experiencing homelessness to help connect them with existing resources and to improve their overall wellbeing."
Over 120 tickets for the Fish Fry had been sold as of Monday morning.
