Once that process is initiated, the member that is under investigation, can no longer attend board meetings."
This means Trevor Birtch will not be allowed to attend WPS board meetings while the investigation is ongoing Ontario Civilian Police Commission. Whiteford did confirm that Birtch was at the meeting on Monday and stated his case to the board. The meeting was not filmed and we do not know what he said.
