A 35-year-old Norwich woman is facing break-in charges. OPP were called Sunday night to Jean's Coffee Barn on South Court Street, after the business owners found the door insecure. $500 worth of frozen meat and cash had been taken from the establishment. Police investigated, and ended up arresting 35-year-old Victoria Benoit with break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime, and possession of break-in instruments. She'll be back in court August 27th to answer to the charge.
