A winter storm that could produce as much as 25 cm of snow by Thursday morning is expected to hit the region on Wednesday.
OXFORD COUNTY - Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for most of Southern Ontario, including Oxford County.
They are warning about the potential for a winter storm that will likely start on Wednesday morning and continue into Wednesday night.
There remains much uncertainty regarding the track of this Texas low, but total snowfall amounts of 10 to 25 cm are possible by Thursday morning.
Motorists should be prepared for tough winter driving conditions due to low visibility caused by heavy snow and quickly accumulating snow.
