OPP Constable Gary Scoyne is back on the witness stand in Michael Rafferty's murder trial this morning. The jury is learning about what police found of interest inside Rafferty's home on Tennyson St. in Woodstock, where he lived with his mother, Debbie Murphy. Items seized included: -Rafferty's black peacoat jacket -Orange handled Wavex hammer -Memory card with photos of Rafferty and McClintic -Missing poster of Tori Stafford -Wal-Mart receipt showing purchase of hair dye -Blue handled knife The jacket is significant, as it is "like the one" Terri-Lynne McClintic said was used to cover Tori in the back seat of Raffery's car. It was taken to the OPP Forensic centre for video analysis. The hammer is thought to be similar to the one that was used to kill Tori, according to McClintic. The Wal-Mart receipt is being validated in court as having the same UPC code as the unused hair dye police found in McClintic's home. She testified that Rafferty bought it for her to change her appearance. Heart FM's Blair Wilson says the blue handled knife is also significant. "Similar if not the same as Terri-Lynne McClintic described in her testimony as the knife used to cut out sections of foam out of the back seat of Rafferty's Honda as they allegedly headed back to Woodstock on April 8th of 2009. The blade of that knife (when police found it) was missing." Defence Lawyer Dirk Derstine has focused his cross-examination on McClintic's I-Pod, and the most listened to songs that included "Baby Bash" by Sean Kingston as the most listened to song, followed by a track from Necro.
