Oxford OPP are at the scene of a second crash in the county this hour. Police have closed Plank Line between Salford Road and Sweaburg Road following a two vehicle crash. There are no other details available at this time, however police are saying Plank Line will remain closed for several hours this afternoon. Police are also on the scene of a single vehicle crash that has closed Township Road 4 between Oxford Road 4 and Blandford Road.
