The OHA has come down on the Thamesford Trojans for using an ineligible player in their playoff series against Mt. Brydges. The player was used in game 5 of the series, which Thamesford won, and went on to take the series in 6. However, the OHA has now awarded Game 5 to the Bulldogs, and the series will go to a 7th game tonight. It's in Thamesford, starting at 8:30. The player in question is midget call-up Justin Cooper, who had already reached his number of games allowed with the team. The OHA claims the Trojans were aware of his eligibility. There could also be future sanctions against the Jr. D team.
