Norwich, Woodstock and Tavistock all lose their Friday Night games
Friday night was not good to local junior hockey teams or fans.
Norwich did all of their scoring in the second period but still came up short 3-2 on New Hamburg. Todd Poirier and Ryan Stephenson scored goals for the Merchants.
The Woodstock Navy Vets were unable to score a goal in a 2-0 loss to Ayr.
Tavistock took at 6-1 beating at the hands of Paris. Mack Gingerich scored the only goal for the Braves which came in the third period.
