Oxford OPP dealt with a couple of separate situations that lead to a number of charges for three Woodstock men.
Three Woodstock men will have their day in court after a couple of separate incidents Tuesday night.
Oxford OPP stopped a vehicle on Dundas just west of the 401 shortly before 11PM when the vehicle caught the officer's attention.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested 31 year-old Shaun Storey and charged him with possession of marijuana and improper plate light.
About an hour later, police found a vehicle in the ditch on Oxford Road 2 in Blandford Blenheim Township.
The driver and a passenger were eventually located and subsequently arrested.
As officers were transporting the accused to the detachment, he caused damage to the interior of the cruiser and received minor injuries. He was taken to the hospital, treated and released.
36 year-old Andre Reed faces charges of resisting arrest, mischief under $5000 and two counts each of breach of recognizance and failing to comply with a probation order.
Richard Embury, 54 years-old was slapped with a public intoxication fine.
All three men are scheduled to appear at the Woodstock courtroom to answer to their charges.
