There could be a shift in how recycling management is handled in the future throughout the region.
OXFORD COUNTY - Changes are possible to the way Oxford County does recycling collection by 2025.
New provincial rules will shift the costs from municipalities to producers of the material.
Local governments can bid to manage the recycling for the producers and manufacturers.
Currently Oxford County provides waste services to all local municipalities except South-West Oxford and Woodstock who have their own deals with the County.
