Looks like old man winter could be making a return later this week.
Enjoy this warm weather while it lasts as the big Spring Tease will likely end after Wednesday.
Temperatures are expected to reach seasonal norms or below again starting on Thursday. However we can expect a few days of nice weather before the return of Old man winter. Meteorologist Mark Seisert tells Heart FM we actually set some new records last Thursday and Friday.
"Both of those days set daily records, on Thursday the temperature hit 18.3 degrees Celsius and then again on Friday at 17.2 degrees Celsius."
Seisert says a storm track in the Sudbury and North Bay area brought in the warm air to Southern Ontario.
"Normally a storm such as these would have tracked to our south or just over top of southern Ontario but in this case, it tracked a fair bit north into the Sudbury, North Bay area, so anywhere south of there really got into a lot of warm air that got brought into the southern US, so it was really a factor of where that storm happened to track on those days."
