Mother of two, and County/City councillor Deb Tait is running again in the upcoming election
OXFORD COUNTY- Woodstock resident and current County and City councillor, Deborah Tait is looking to serve another term on council.
Tait says over the past four years sitting as a dual councillor for Oxford County and the City of Woodstock she has learned plenty.
"This term has been very interesting because I sat on county for the first time, and I used to listen to some of the county people and they'd come back and say I've put on my county hat now I have my Woodstock hat on, now sitting their for four years, no you put your Woodstock hat on all the time."
The mother of two young children says the decision to run was fueled by community support and says "there are a lot of issues still out there."
Tait is one of five candidates running for two positions.
