West Region OPP are reminding everyone that they will continue to have a strong presence on our roadways after charging 16 people with stunt driving last weekend.
OXFORD COUNTY - Stunt driving incidents continue to spike in Oxford County and all across the region.
Less traffic on the roadways, has caused some to completely ignore the speed limit. West Region OPP charged 16 stunt drivers last weekend alone.
OPP are reminding everyone that the police will continue to have a strong presence on our roadways and will remove stunt drivers when located. Please do your part to keep our roads safe in 2020.
OPP are reminding all motorists that the minimum fine is $2,000, if they're convicted, an automatic driver's licence suspension for seven days and your vehicle will be impounded for seven days as well.
