BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM - A 35 year old driver will be walking for a bit after getting charged with stunt driving in Blandford-Blenheim Township.
Police say they clocked the driver doing over 50 km/h on the 401 on Wednesday, just after midnight.
As a result of the motorist registering a speed in excess of 50km/h over the posted speed limit, police have charged a 35-year-old from Paris, Ontario with Stunt Driving.
OPP are reminding all motorists that the minimum fine if convicted is $2,000 and that an automatic driver's licence suspension for seven (7) days and a seven (7) day vehicle impoundment is incurred.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock at a later date.
