Just because you're running late, doesn't mean you're allowed to speed.
BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM - The Oxford OPP busted a speedster on Highway 401 in Blandford-Blenheim.
According to a post on the OPP West Region X page, officers spotted a westbound vehicle going 166 kilometres per hour Saturday afternoon.
When they asked the driver why they were going so fast, the driver said they were running late.
That driver is now facing a two-week licence suspension and a 30-day vehicle impound.
