A Colorado Low is making its way up through the Great Lakes. Oxford & Brant are expected to take a beating as winds could reach 80 km/h
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for both Oxford County and Brant County.
A Colorado Low is pushing up through the Great Lakes.
This will cause very strong wind gusts - in our areas the winds could hit 70 to 80 km/h. Closer to the lakes they are under a Wind Warning as gusts there could reach 100 km/h.
The strongest winds are expected to hit later tonight.
Drivers are warned to be cautious on the road as wet pavement could make things a little slick out there. Homeowners are encouraged to keep an eye on outdoor decor and decorations throughout the day.
