The Ministry of Natural Resources is investigating the death of six coyotes in the London area after two bodies were discovered decapitated.
LONDON - The Ministry of Natural Resources is conducting an investigation after six coyote carcasses were discovered in unusual circumstances.
Two of the animals were discovered on the Western University campus in London - one appeared to have been shot while the second seemed to have died in a trap.
Two additional coyote bodies were found with their heads cut off.
The investigation is ongoing, but there are unconfirmed reports of more coyote carcasses found in Ailsa Craig 40 kilometres northwest of London.
