Police say a 20 year old from Ingersoll was intoxicated when he fired off a gun, before driving away at home on Foldens Line in SWOX.
SOUTH-WEST OXFORD - A 20 year old from Ingersoll has been arrested after shots were fired at a home on Foldens Line in SWOX.
Police were called to the home on Saturday after getting a call about a weapons complaint. Police say Logan Rawlins was intoxicated when he fired off his gun and then fled the scene in a vehicle.
Rawlins was arrested a short while later and charged with the following:
- Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Careless Use of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited Device or Ammunition
- Uttering Threats
- Operation While Impaired
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
