Severe Thunderstorm Watch Issued

Saturday, 17 June 2017 11:24

Oxford County, Brant County, Perth County and Middlesex County are all under a severe thunderstorm watch.

Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the counties of Oxford, Brant, Perth and Middlesex.

The thunderstorms are expected to begin early this afternoon. There's also a chance of heavy rain, strong winds and even large hail.

The strong winds could toss around loose objects and break off tree branches. Lightening also injures and kills Canadians every year so remember; if thunder roars head indoors!
