Loblaw Companies Ltd. is advising the public not to eat certain salsa products because they may contain pieces of plastic. Both the 650 millilitre container of PC White Corn Black Bean Mild Salsa and the 430 millilitre PC Salsa Mild are affected by the recall. Loblaw says it has removed all affected lots of the product from stores as a precaution, adding no consumer complaints or injuries have been reported. The products were sold across the country in a variety of retail outlets. Customers can return the products to any Loblaw banner stores and receive a full refund, or they can call 1-888-495-5111 for more information.
