The MTO will have rolling closures between Highway 8 King Street East and Franklin Boulevard on the 401 today.
CAMBRIDGE - A heads up for motorists heading to Kitchener- Waterloo today.
Roadwork will close part of Highway 401 in Cambridge on Friday morning. Sections of the Highway will be closed between 10 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. between Highway 8 King Street East and Franklin Boulevard.
It is not a full closure, but the MTO will be doing rolling closures throughout most of the morning and afternoon. The work has to be done during the day because they need to have decent temperatures to the pavement marking and pavement lines.
