A technical issue in the courtroom is causing a delayed start to the murder trial of John Robinson. The case did not begin as planned Tuesday. The nature of the issue is under a publication ban. The trial is expected to now begin this afternoon at 2 p.m. Robinson stands accused in the murder of 26-year-old Clifford Fair in the fall of 2008. He's already pleaded guilty to indignity to a human body after police unearthed Fair's remains from the backyard of the home where Robinson lived.
