Woodstock Police stopped a car with open beer and bongs riding around town on the weekend.
WOODSTOCK - Bongs, open beer and breaching curfew led to the arrest of a 21 year old man from Woodstock.
Police stopped a car early Saturday morning on Brock Street in Woodstock. When officers approached the vehicle they noticed the passenger was riding around with a bong and an open beer. He was also breaking his curfew.
Police searched the car and found 302 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the car. The street value of the weed is estimated at $3,020. 21 year old Austin Leduc was arrested and charged with Fail to Comply and Trafficking.
The driver was issued a breath demand and registered an "Alert" and had his licence suspended for 3 days.
