Time is running out to visit the Norwich Optimist Corn Maze this year. The haunted corn maze will run Friday and Saturday night over the next two weekends starting this Friday night.
NORWICH - The Norwich Optimist Corn Maze season wraps up on a spooky note.
They will be doing the haunted corn maze over the next two weekends at the Rettie farm. Corn Maze Chair Lori Rettie says it can be quite scary going through the haunted maze at night.
"We will have people and other things in the maze that will scare you as you are walking through, we don't like flashlights, we like you to walk through the moon light and hopefully we can scare you."
The haunted corn maze will run Friday and Saturday night over the next two weekends starting this Friday night. They will the regular family programming running through the day as well. Rettie explains why they offer this corn maze on the family farm every year.
"We have been members of the Optimist Club for 12 years and it is just a way to do some fundraising for the club, but also to promote families getting together and getting active outdoors."
The corn maze this year is sponsored by The Agromart Group, which includes Scotland Agromart, Courtland Agromart, Underhills Farm Supply and the Hickson Agromart.
