The vaccine passport would provide proof of vaccination and would be used to enter places such as gyms, bars and sporting events where COVID-19 transmission is high.
QUEBEC - The Province of Quebec will adopt a vaccine passport.
Details on how exactly the passport will work, will be released in the coming days. Ontario Premier Doug Ford has repeatedly stated he does not support a vaccination passport for Ontario.
Basically the passport would be a verification that you have been vaccinated and businesses would be able to request that proof to enter places such as gyms, bars and sporting events where COVID-19 transmission is high.
Daily case numbers have spiked in Quebec, from averaging 74 per day last week to 160 cases over the past seven days.
